DynaChar – Flame Retardant Compounds

DynaChar™ resins are non-halogen flame retardant compounds. They are formulated and designed for end applications, and offer properties like low heat release rates, low smoke and carbon monoxide generation. Many of these compounds leverage our FlameCheck™ technology to provide more unique balance of fire retardant properties and physical properties.

DynaMix® – Specialty Compounds

The essence of custom compounding; providing solutions for your unique requirements. Utilizing our ability to disperse difficult to handle materials and reactive extrusion we’ve create innovative solutions for our customers that allow them to differentiate themselves from the competition. Materials include special alloys, high strength compounds, resins with hydrophobic or hydrophilic attributes, detectability, and colorability.

DynaPath® – Electrically and Thermally Conductive Compounds

DynaPath® Conductive compounds custom resins, designed for applications that require high electrical or thermal conductivity. DynaPath compounds are utilize a variety of modifiers in combination with alloying technology, and interfacial control, to help provide a balance in conductive properties, along with physical properties and colorability.

DynaStat® – Antistatic and Static Dissipative Compounds

DynaStat® resins are electrically active materials that are permanently antistatic or static dissipative (ESD) depending on the desired performance of the end resin. Typical ESD compounds insure a broad range of electrical resistance of about two decades (109-1011 Ω/sq). With DynaStat®, there is better range and tighter tolerance. DynaStat® resins are tunable to a surface resistivity within 107-1011 Ω/sq. Properties are permanent throughout the polymer, not sensitive to humidity, and cannot be wiped or worn off the surface.

EverGlide® – Lubricated Compounds

EverGlide® resins are formulated compounds designed to provide enhanced wear resistance in a variety of polymer resins. They are PFAS free (NIA PFAS) and offered in a variety thermoplastic resins from polyolefins to high temperature resins. The EverGlide resins, leverage the used of polymer alloying, reactive compounding, and additive technology to provide a balance of wear resistance and excellent physical properties.

Flexil®

Flexil® resins leverage our reactive polysiloxane technology. By controlling the reaction during compounding, we are able to alter the performance of polysiloxane as a modifier in various thermoplastics. Based on the requirements, Flexil can provide increased wear resistance, without hurting physical properties, or it can provide bulk modification of a thermoplastic resulting in lowering modulus, enhanced impact modification, flexibility, and improved tactile properties. Given versatility of Flexil, it is available as an elastomer for applications that require soft touch, very low durometers, or low temperature ductility, or a more unique tactile property. Flexil® is also available in engineering resins and higher temperature resins for applications requiring enhanced wear resistance, impact modification, fire retardancy, improved dielectric properties, and low temperature flexibility.
