Tech Lube™
Internal Mold Release, Lubricants, and Processing Aid Additives
Proprietary formulations of unique polymeric compounds utilizing sustainably sourced feedstocks engineered for today’s new and complex thermoplastic and thermosetting polymer systems. The addition of Tech Lube allows for faster cycles, easy mold release, improved flow characteristics, reduced resin viscosity, improved dispersion of pigments/fillers and reduced wear and tear on dies and tools.

TechniGlide™ (Patent Pending)
Polymer Processing Aids
TechniGlide™ polymer processing aids (PPAs) are created from a novel technology platform that leverages chemistries to mimic fluoroelastomer process aids. Free of PFAS/Siloxane additives and based on organic plant derived molecules (not from edible plants), our line of PPAs meet global food compliance for food contact applications. With end applications ranging from blown film for food packaging to wire and cable and pipe, our technology offers cost effective solutions for a wide range of markets. TechniGlide effectively eliminates melt fracture (sharkskin), reduces die pressure/torque, boosts output, widens the processing window with minimal to no die lip build by creating a film layer on the die. TechniGlide offers good compatibility with the base resin, low interaction with other additives (like antiblocks), and efficient conditioning time to form a die coating.

Flame Check™
Non-Halogenated Flame Retardant Additives and Antimony Trioxide Replacements
Formulated systems based on phosphorous, nitrogen and various inorganic/organic synergists developed for thermoplastic/thermosetting polymers and water/solvent borne coating systems. Flame Check™ interrupts the fire cycle through cooling (absorbing heat), smothering (releasing inert gases to dilute oxygen), intumescence (forming a protective barrier), and chemically interfering (capturing fire-sustaining radicals), all to slow flame spread, reduce heat release, and decrease smoke.

Biogenic™
Environmentally Friendly Cleaning Agents
The Biogenic™ line is among the most versatile environmentally friendly cleaners for the polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy, and urethane industry in the composites market today. Biogenic™ is excellent for metal molds or any other urethane foam molding equipment. Use it to flush spray guns, gel coat and resin lines or to clean resin from tools and equipment.
Additionally, Biogenic™ is an excellent cleaner for equipment. Biogenic™ safely replaces acetone in most applications and has the ability to soften cured resin for easy removal. Its high flashpoint and VOC free components make it an attractive alternative to standard products used in the industry.

Viscocheck™ and Technisperse™
Wetting, Dispersing and Viscosity Reducing Agents
Viscocheck™ and Technisperse™ are cost effective solutions for the thermoset, pigment, and coatings markets that improve pigment/filler dispersion, reduce viscosity, prevent settling (flocculation), and enhance final properties like color strength, gloss, and durability. By lowering viscosity, Viscocheck and Technisperse enables higher pigment/filler loading or easier processing. This allows for better color strength, gloss, hiding power, and mechanical integrity (fewer voids from trapped air). The enhanced stability prevents sedimentation and flocculation during storage and use.

Airgon™
Air Release and Processing Aids
Airgon™ Silicone and silicone free air release and defoaming agent additives are formulated to release trapped air from various thermosetting polymer and coating systems. They minimize or eliminate the appearance of bubbles and cavities. Airgon™ is effective at low loadings levels leading to little or no negative impact on the resin system.

Green Release™
Environmentally Friendly Water Based Release Agents
Green Release™ mold release agents and are unique synthetic polymeric resins mixed in environmentally friendly solvents or water. Green Release™ will dry faster at room temperature making a monomolecular film on the mold surface. This dry film will not transfer to the molded parts, nor will it interfere with post finishing operations like printing or bonding. Applied once, it provides a record number of sharp, clean releases with glossy or matte finish. Mold stays cleaner for extended time due to the non-corrosive property of Green Release™.
