EverGlide® MB
EverGlide® MB products are masterbatches polysiloxane dispersed in a variety of thermoplastic resins and comes in an easy to blend pellet form. These products provide a variety of benefits including:

EverGlide® PSX and MBX
EverGlide® PSX and MBX products are formulated masterbatches designed for target applications or customer requirements. They are available in a variety of thermoplastic resins, and are formulated with and without polysiloxane based on application requirements.
EverGlide® PA
EverGlide® PA are masterbatches designed to improve the processing of various thermoplastics. These products are based on a reactively modified polysiloxane to prevent migration overtime which is known to interfere with surface properties of the final product. These products are free of fluorinated chemistries (NIA PFAS) and using in extrusion applications for lowering pressure, eliminating melt fracture, and preventing die lip buildup. EverGlide® PA products are available in a variety of polymer resins.
EverGlide® PAX
EverGlide® PAX leverage our TechiGlide™ (patents pending) technology to improves the extrusion of polyolefins. These masterbatches are designed to targeted to use as an alternative to traditional PFAS process aids. The TechniGlide™ technology in these masterbatches is designed without siloxane chemistries, phosphites, fluorinated compounds (NIA PFAS), and PEG. The EverGlide® PAX technology has shown to eliminate melt fracture in polyethylene and prevent die lip build up on levels comparable to fluoroelastomer. EverGlide® PAX masterbatches are available in PE and PP resins.
DynaSil® FR
DynaSil® FR is a flame retardant synergist produced through our proprietary reactive extrusion process that acts as a char toughener and heat shield in both halogenated and non-halogenated FR systems.DynaSil® FR benefits include:- Improved Impact Strength
- Increase of the Limited Oxygen Index (LOI)
- Reduction in peak Heat Release Rate (HRR)
- Reduction in Carbon Monoxide (CO)
- Reduction of Smoke in Halogenated FR Systems
