We brought together Technick Products (founded 1985), known for its specialty additives and environmentally responsible technologies, and Polymer Dynamix (established 1999), a leader in custom compounding and formulated additive concentrates. For decades, both companies shared a common purpose: to solve complex material challenges, collaborate closely with our customers, and push the boundaries of polymer performance.

On May 1, 2025, our two organizations formally joined forces under a new name—Avinthia, Inc. The name reflects the very essence of our merger: growth, innovation, and responsible stewardship of our planet. Avinthia symbolizes the coming together of our people, ideas, chemistries, and technologies in a way that elevates what we can accomplish for our partners and the world around us.

While our name has changed, our fundamental commitment to you has not.
